As the Outreach and Partnership Coordinator, Emma supports the relationship management, strategic partnerships, sponsorship, and underwriting outreach efforts of Reel Medicine Media. She brings a dual background in the end-of-life and grief spaces as a certified end-of-life doula and grief counselor, alongside more than a decade of experience in business strategy and development. Emma is deeply committed to advancing Reel Medicine Media’s mission to transform healthcare through storytelling and to foster greater dignity and compassion within serious illness care.

Emma's work is rooted in a deep commitment to supportive, person-centered care, informed by her early experiences at Zen Hospice Project, where she trained in mindful caregiving before becoming a certified death doula through Going With Grace. Most recently, Emma served as a Program Manager at the Center for Reproductive Rights, and previously worked in Forensics Advisory and Healthcare Management Consulting at PwC. Outside of work, she volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for foster youth and serves on the board of the San Francisco Community Health Center.
